I’ve visited this aesthetic clinic several times, and overall, I think it has great potential. The doctor is excellent — very knowledgeable and attentive during consultations. The staff are generally friendly, and the appointment booking process is smooth. I also appreciate that they offer multiple payment options and more affordable prices compared to many other clinics. However, I did encounter a few uncomfortable experiences worth noting: 1. First Treatment Experience: During my first visit for a Hydrafacial, the treatment was done by a new staff member without close supervision. It felt confusing, like certain steps were skipped. When I asked the staff, they assured me everything was done correctly, but the experience still left me uncertain. 2. Mole Removal Price Miscommunication: After my second skin booster session, I was offered a discounted price for mole removal. I had to reschedule the appointment twice, and when I finally went through with it, I was charged the full price without prior notice. I assumed the promo had ended, so I paid — but it would have been much better if the staff had informed me about the price change beforehand. 3. Follow-Up & Additional Charges: I returned for a post-mole-removal skin review. After some waiting, a staff member took pictures and asked me to wait again. A few minutes later, she informed me that another session was needed to fully remove the mole, with an additional charge. Two weeks later, I went for the second removal session and was again charged full price. My Advice for Future Clients: If you’re considering visiting this clinic, I do recommend it — but I strongly advise that you request any treatment offers and prices to be written down clearly in your appointment chat (e.g., via WhatsApp). That way, both you and the clinic have a record to refer back to. I understand that this clinic handles both general and aesthetic patients and is managed by the same doctor, so it can get busy. It’s easy for details to be overlooked unless properly documented. Final Tip: Please double or even triple-check the price before confirming or rescheduling any treatments to avoid confusion later.
