I recently visited for a few treatments (Thermage and Ellanse) and my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Wan Ling is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, manage my expectations, and ensure I was completely comfortable throughout. Her caring and gentle approach is truly commendable. A huge part of the positive experience was also thanks to her amazing staff, Jessica and Evonne. They are both so friendly, warm, and attentive. They made me feel welcome and well-cared for from the moment I stepped in, answering all my questions and checking in on me during my visits. Their professionalism and kindness really make a difference. The clinic itself has a nice, cosy, and relaxing environment—a welcome change from the often cold and clinical feel of other places.
