Booked apt for hydrafacial treatment, told me that earliest slot is at 10.15am (even when they open at 10am) so I take it. Was told that consult + treatment take around 1.5 hours. Few hours ltr they request to change the apt time to 12pm and I said Ok. I went there on time and had to wait until they are done with other patients, after consultation was already 12.25pm, was told need to wait until about 1pm because since morning got few hydrafacial appointments 😂 what’s the purpose of making appointment? Still charge me rm50 for consultation fee because i couldn’t proceed with treatment due to time constraints, when it’s not even my fault for delaying the appointments 👎🏻
came to the shop to get advice for the skin. she said she would whatsapp to tell details about the treatment and price and didn't whatsapp at all, bad service.

I didn’t expect my PRP treatment was painless as I’m someone who has phobia with needles! Initially I was kind of reluctant of the blood withdrawal part. On the other hand I heard it gives a boost to my skin so I convinced to give it a try. I’m glad that my bravery has made my skin looking radiant and fresh now. Thanks Doc Jet for being patient with my countless questions 🤣. My 2nd and 3rd treatments are on the way. ;)
