He explained everything clearly and was careful throughout the treatment, which made me feel comfortable. The staff are equally amazing – very attentive and friendly. They even followed up after my appointment to check on my progress, which I really appreciated. I tried the Pew Pew Pico Laser for my acne scars, and within just 2 weeks of my first session I noticed real improvements — my scars look lighter, my face looks shinier, and my pores seem smaller. Such a great experience at this clinic! I ada acne issues for a while and finally decided to try facial treatment kat sini — and seriously, tak menyesal langsung. The environment was very calming and clean, staff pun super friendly and professional. Facial treatment dia sangat relaxing, memang rasa diri dijaga dari A to Z. Lepas habis sesi, kulit terus rasa smooth, fresh, and hydrated. Tak rasa pedih or iritated langsung, which is always a big plus for acne-prone skin macam I. Paling penting, you can tell they really know what they’re doing — tak ada rasa ragu langsung sepanjang treatment. Kalau you tengah cari tempat yang boleh dipercayai untuk rawatan kulit, especially kalau ada masalah breakout, this clinic is definitely worth checking out. Came here to get a couple milia removed from the eye area following a friend's recommendation. Dr Stefan explained what needed to be done very well, and answered questions about other skin concerns I have. The procedure itself was quick and painless. The areas have already started to heal quite significantly in less than 24 hours. I'd definitely recommend Define Clinic to others needing any work done, and wouldn't hesitate to go back myself!
