The clinic environment was clean, cozy, and relaxing. I do my Pico treatment and PRP today, and the whole process was smooth and gentle. I had my first appointment at Dr Chong clinic today and was so impressed from the moment I stepped inside... the atmosphere is incredibly calm and welcoming, which is all thanks to the wonderful team I have to give a special mention to Suet Ling, who is an absolute gem 💎 she was super friendly, incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything, which was a huge help.. She has such a gentle manner that makes you feel instantly comfortable ✅ terbaikkkk And of course Dr Kelvin was brilliant super duper friendly and really knows his stuff, he was very reassuring and talked me through each step and I'm pleased to say the actual treatment itself went super duper well ✅ moh kesini orang perak semua Honestly, the lovely experience was down to everyone I met, from the friendly face at reception to all the staff who checked on me 🙏🏻🙏🏻 You're all a fantastic team who clearly care deeply about your patients A truly 5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ practice.
