I read many positive reviews about the results and that, I won't deny. My experience is a bit different than the rest because it involves credit balance which is my RM (my money). I purchased a package based on CNY promotion. I asked the staff at that moment and she said the expiry date of the credits is for a year. So to cut things short, there have been different staff handling the counter whenever I arrived from Feb till Aug. And I was only informed that my credit balance worth of RM 1800 has expired. I was surprised because it's my hard-earned money. But after some checking with my whatsapp chats with them, to cut it short, too, the staff said that my balance of RM 200 cannot be carried forward because my package is only up until 6 months. So, from Feb until Aug, no staff has told me that my credits are about to expire. Nobody told me. NOBODY. If i have known that my credits are only for 6 months, i would've used it all or maybe add another package to it. Like come one, it's not RM 2. It's my RM 200 that was just burned like that. The staff said that when I purchased it, the staf that I talked to in February had already resigned. Ok, with this matter, customer (which is me) is wrong, is it? The blame is to be put on me because I bought the package worth RM 3600 with the wrong staff, is it? So I still have 1 more pico laser from the Feb purchase and I will go to another branch. I hope my last pico laser will not be expired too. To other customers, you need to really be aware and alert. I thought the system is computerised and so I trusted the system. But please train your staff in Muar. You have got my RM 200 because of your staff. I know you can get more from richer customers because my RM 200 is nothing. Thank you
