Service is ok and I've seen improvements on my skin. The staffs put on the tiniest bit of numbing cream each time I go and it's always uneven. As compared to the clinics I've been to, they're a bit stingy on the numbing cream and sunscreen etc. They also don't do extractions or thorough facials prior to lasers/boosters unlike their competitors. You also have to ask them for drinks and snacks instead of them asking you if you want it. Would be good if the doctors can inform you beforehand the laser setting that they're using on you. The place is clean and comfy and accessible. Nearby there are also eatery options. Parking is a bit difficult. Prices are competitive, good to get them when they are on sale.

Dr. Ken is attentive and explains very clearly about the Pico laser and how to take care of the skin after the treatment.
I had been to KL dr Chong clinic previously. So decided to try this clinic at pelangi JB which offers the same good quality service. The doctors here had been consistently professional and helpful. I will still come back again.
