I had a great time at Dr. Chong Publika. I love the hospitality and the welcoming, cozy vibes when I entered the clinic. They offered welcome drinks and some snacks, which I really appreciated. They recommended treatments suitable for me, but there was no hard selling since I only came for the pico laser. Thank you for the excellent service, keep it up.
Make appt and stated clearly for the facial I wanted which only has to be done by therapist Came and made to wait , pushing me to see the dr which is eating. Asked that I don’t need doctor just want the basic facial which has clearly advertised with trial price but supervisor say cannot do - even showed their exact fb ad that shows price and type of facial Appointment made with confirmation message received but they seemed clueless of my booking and wasted my time to drive all the way there Seems that they are only interested to get u sign for aesthetics expensive services so don’t expect any relaxing facial In other clinics I can easily get a the service done at similar prices
