I brought my child Yesterday, and I want to say how impressed I was with their service. We are just a humble family from kampung je, but the doctor n staff treated us with great kindness and respect. They didn’t show any favoritism and made us feel truly cared for. The medication prescribed worked quickly for my child’s eczema, and we could see a positive improvement. My child is happy, and so are we. The doctor was very understanding. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service. Thank you!
Very disappointed with the treatment given. I was told I had to take the Eve package which costs RM490 and it would take 2 hours to 2 hours 30minutes to complete. After escorting me upstairs and asking me to change into their gown, I was told to wait. I waited in the cold air-cond room alone for 20 minutes. Still no body came. Then, I called the clinic with my handphone and asked how long I have to wait because I was following my appointment time. The receptionist answered that because they don't have enough staff and she has to assist doctor for walk in patients , so I have to wait till they are done!!! How ridiculous is that? Then someone came up and started doing the facial treatment. Then massaged my shoulder for 15 minutes. In less than 90 minutes, she said it was completed! I told her it was suppose to be 2hours to 2 hours 30 minutes treatment. And she replied that it was because I didn't have acne. I am truly disappointed because Dr Lee Wei Ping already saw my face during consultation and he knew I had no acne. So, why ask me to take a package that was not necessary and get short changed? And then, later told me next time I can take another package costing RM230.instead. Do you seriously think there will be a next time? I feel cheated by the doctor, the assistant and the clinic. I would definely not recommend this clinic to anyone!
I love my facial treatment; the staff and doctor are friendly and very helpful. They even gave me free samples of their amazing product, and the medicine provided helped shrink my acne in just one day! There’s ample parking, the toilets are clean, and the staff followed up to check on my skin’s progress after the facial. Highly recommended!
Very bad experience, first time visit the clinic that force you get the medicine which you mention early don’t want take. 2 weeks after my pain is still there, still new wounds appearing. Last year i have the same issue, i visit other clinic, (Apple clinic), problem soft within 1 week only. Disappointed to specialist. Doctor and staff is friendly, but maybe the marketing strategy is wrong, need patient to revisit is wrong.
