I had a great experience at Klinik Dr Ko Cyberjaya. Dr. Annie was very professional and friendly—she explained my skin condition in detail using simple and understandable language, which really helped me feel more confident about the treatment. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my skin since starting here. Although the clinic was quite busy with many patients, my waiting time was only around 10 minutes, which shows their excellent time management. Highly recommended!
I would like to share my experience of undergoing pigmentation and facial treatment at the Dr.KO Clinic, Cyberjaya. It was very good, comfortable and as a result, my facial skin looked brighter, radiant, pigmentation was fading, and wrinkles on my face were also less visible. Doc Annie is the doc who was in charge of the entire laser treatment. She is a very experienced, gentle and thorough doctor when treating the pigmentation on my face. Throughout the entire laser treatment, I felt comfortable and calm. The results were amazing because the pigmentation faded, my facial skin became brighter and more radiant. Nicole was the therapist who was on duty for my facial. Throughout the entire facial, Nicole was very kind, expert ,friendly and gentle, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Ivy, the branch manager, she is also very nice, always smiling, good communication skills and easy to deal with in any matter. The same goes for Farah and Sophie. They always smile and greet me every time I step into Dr.KO Clinic. That makes me feel comfortable and happy to undergo pigmentation and facial treatments at Dr.KO Clinic, Cyberjaya branch.
