第一次在Dr Ko Pelangi这间分行洗脸，把我的脸洗到这样。全都是伤痕。都是美容师用的工具利器弄的我满脸破皮和刮痕。 我之前一直都在Dr ko (Pudu)分行洗脸，那里的美容师都是用手挤压的。完全没有用工具。我体验感也很好。哪知道因为我个人行程上的问题去了pelangi分行洗。把我的脸洗到伤痕累累出来。我真的是后悔死了。（我有要求不要使用工具，可是美容师说这样脸洗不干净）
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Teo, from Jalan Kuning branch. She is a experienced and highly skilled doctor who treats her patients with great care and professionalism. I felt well taken care under her supervision, and her approach to treatment is both effective and compassionate. She is always kind, attentive, and helpful. Her products and treatments have truly made a difference for me. I also want to express my appreciation for Esther, the nurse at the clinic. She prepares patients with genuine care and concern before they see the doctor. Her friendly and comforting presence helps put patients at ease and makes the overall experience smooth and reassuring.
The doctor is excellent and very friendly, but sadly the treatment wasn’t the right fit for my issue.
Dr Chin n the nurses on duty were very patient with me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
