She is not only professional but also incredibly kind and approachable. She took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns, explained the treatment options in detail, and gave me honest advice without any pressure. Ms. Min was not only friendly and attentive, but she also performed my facial treatments. She explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My skin felt clean, refreshed, and glowing after each session. Ms. Hui Yee was equally lovely and helpful. She assisted with the registration process, checked in on me, and made sure everything went smoothly. Both Ms. Min and Ms. Hui Yee showed so much patience and warmth, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and results I received at Dr. Ko Kampar. The whole team, from the doctor to the staff, showed excellent teamwork, care, and dedication. Dr. Ko is now my monthly commitment, and I look forward to continuing my treatments here.
