Recently went for a treatment in this Dr. Ko outlet and met with one of the most unprofessional experiences at the front counter. There were two Chinese ladies at the front counter, one wearing a nametag "Huey" and another taller lady whose name I did not catch. She was trying to sell me the promotional items but once she realized that I was not going to make a purchase on the spot, she was inpatient and showed an attitude as though the customer was wasting her time. Is it a must that every customer buys everything every time because you are trying to sell the products / services to him or her? Is it not a customer's right to find out and to understand more about the things you are trying to sell and our rights to use our brains to tell if the deal is worth it or not before we make a decision? We don't need the counter beauticians to treat us like we are absolute but I completely felt there was a total lack of sincerity in their attitude plus they were not even showing basic understanding of what their were selling when the customer was inquiring. With so many aesthetic clinics being in the market right now we have honestly seen many who are not rude to us even if we don't buy their products on the spot therefore, probably a good time to move on to other options available out there like, you are not the only one providing this service or the same line of products after all.

Dr Lam took the time to understand my concerns, explain the treatment options clearly, and answer all my questions. I felt completely at ease and confident in their care. I would definitely come back!
