Very professional! They know what they're doing. Just started trying out their prescription for a few weeks now and will soon see the results. So far, it has helped with the pain and inflammation. Highly recommend it if you are desperate for a treatment. The price depends on your condition; for me, with antibiotics, gel cream, and prescription medicine, it was RM500+ first-time patient. I would say it is okay for a good skin specialist.
