Brought my mother here for her unusual skin disorder on both her arms and hands. Finally Dr. Low managed to cure my mother's condition. After a week of DrLow's medicine my mother's unusual skin disorder returned to normal. DrLow is the best skin specialist i have ever met. I highly recommend this doctor for any serious skin problems.
