Hi Team, I’m sorry to share this, but I hope it helps you improve so that other customers don’t go through what I did—because it involves a patient’s health, time, and money. Overall, I’m happy with the doctor and the facilities, but I’m not okay with the treatment plan. I had a skin allergy. During my first visit, the consultation was great and the doctor prescribed medication for two weeks. During that time the redness improved. When I returned after two weeks, the doctor simply asked me to take the medication for another two weeks. I already felt uneasy because the allergy hadn’t really cleared and was spreading. I even requested a one-month supply since I was going to be busy traveling, but the doctor insisted that two more weeks would be enough. For me, the condition was actually getting worse. After that next two-week period, I came back again and the doctor suddenly said I could stop the medication, but wanted to “monitor” for another two weeks and only gave me antihistamine pills. I felt uncomfortable because it seemed like I was being asked to come back repeatedly while my skin wasn’t improving. I followed instructions, but the clinic assistant gave me just 10 antihistamine pills for two weeks, with the dosage of one in the morning and one at night enough for only five days. When I asked about this, I was told I’d have to return for another consultation if the itch continued. As a customer, I felt the clinic kept asking me to come back spending more each time while my condition got worse. So far, I’ve spent nearly RM700 and I’m still suffering from intense itching and an expanding rash. I would be fine with visiting more than ten times if the solution were effective and the fees reasonable. But after spending so much without any real improvement, I feel that I’ve wasted both time and money, and my skin has only become worse with the allergy spreading to more areas. I finally went to another clinic, where the doctor immediately provided a clearer solution. My skin condition was already worse, and they prescribed a one-month course of treatment followed by free online consultations for the next refills. I’m sharing this not to blame the doctor or staff, but because the treatment approach didn’t help. Please review this process so other patients don’t experience the same thing. Thank you

I went for a acne scar removal treatment, and the service was absolutely great. My skin felt so refreshed and well taken care of.
