Dr Ling is very gentle and patience while listening to my historical skin problems and she reviewed all my medical histories from other branches of Klinik Ko. She is very detailed, careful and attentive to my needs and concerns. She has very good clinical judgment and able to diagnose my skin problem accurately. She were able to address all my queries regarding different types of treatment plan offered at Klinik Ko such as hair loss treatment and eye bag removal procedure and they were transparent on the cost of treatment. This enable the patients to plan and make decision for the treatment plan they desired. Dr Ling is truly a wonderful skin doctor and I felt utmost assured being treated by Dr Ling who is so kind towards her patients. The 2 ladies at the reception counter were also very courteous, helpful and always carry a smile on their faces.
