- The issue is not with the clinical treatment, but with the poor standard of customer service / ADMIN WORK after i had paid and left the clinic. - they take sooo long to get back to the customer after any issues or inquieries about the meds / treatment received. - I feel like they dont really respect the customer's problem / inquiries. - unfortunately due to this experience i wont be going back to this clinic. Hope they can improve the admin / customer service. It is really frustrating lol, just make me lose trust.
