An appointment was secured based on a promotion for an RM99 treatment, which was initially informed as eligible via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, and after a skin analysis, it was stated that eligibility for the RM99 promotion was no longer possible.The staff immediately attempted to pressure a treatment package costing RM1999, despite stated financial constraints. The high-pressure sales tactics included demanding a lump-sum payment and suggesting installment plans through third-party services like Atome and SPayLater, which felt like a predatory approach to secure payment. When the decision was made not to proceed with the higher-cost treatment, an unexpected RM100 "consultation fee" was charged. This fee was not mentioned during the initial inquiry via WhatsApp or upon arrival. The prominent "FREE CONSULTATION & SKIN ANALYSIS" sign at the premises directly contradicts this charge. After paying the RM100 fee under protest, a hardcopy of the skin analysis results was requested. This request was denied, and a promise was made to send the results via WhatsApp. To date, this documentation has not been received.
