Went here for the first time but second time for my mother. Appointment was at 12pm, but until 12:45pm no staff called and nobody was at the front counter. I ended up waiting almost an hour, only to be told that they had fewer staff today. If you already know staff are limited (only 2 staff for facial), why still accept customer bookings? plus even you said the cs who accept the bookings but whatever it is please CHECK properly before simply accepting appointments. buang masa orang menunggu. Also, please jaga kebersihan lantai, penuh dengan rambut, kotor. geli nak pijak.
