I had such a great experience at Ido's Clinic Bay Avenue, and I have to give special credit to Daphne Chan, the Assistant Manager. She’s always so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Daphne makes every visit smooth and comfortable as she remembers clients, checks in after treatments, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with the results. You can really feel that she loves what she does and takes pride in her work. The clinic feels well-organized and welcoming thanks to her. Highly recommend this place and especially Daphne for her amazing service! Keep it on!

As of today 30-10-25 i just done my 1st laser treatment and it's very satisfying and exciting kinda nervous a little bit but everyone can tolerate the little pinch of the laser. I would like acknowledge the doctor who just did the laser for me. she's good in handling. And especially to "MS JASMINE" she's very kind and very accommodating person🫶 everyone is good and nice. The Place, sorroundings, Room, ambiance, sounds music ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ While the mask is on my face and should have to wait till the time's up. I just realized that I fell asleep and got startled because of my own snoring🙊

Love the service by Ms Daphne ,she explained treatment process clearly during visit.Dr Tan is so skilful and explained everything thoroughly before procedure.Thanks Dr Tan and Daphne.
