On my first day came the consultant convinced me their product whitening is very effective and worth rm500/pack. They give first time customer discount of RM350/pack. 1 treatment required 1 pack. The consultant offered me a package of Rm2880 for 6 sessions. I’m on my 4th treatment right now and my condition not that bad. I expect to have a good and very obvious result as they mention no downtime for the result. However even almost complete the session, I still see nothing. I felt deceit. The consultant also not proper trained. They serve u hot tea when u arrive they expect you to finish it in a min then ask to go for treatment already. What the point serving a tea if u want to start the treatment immediately? During my treatment, instead of explaining why no improvement on my skin condition the consultant keeps suggesting to try other treatment. On my first day she convinced me their whitening treatment is the best, now suggesting me other treatments pula? I noticed every-time i came for treatment the portion of products they use on me not even 1 pack. I suspect the portion they use for 6 sessions cannot be 6 packs. I felt like they scam my money. Any excess product, customer have right to get it back. I pay for 6 packs. The most disappointing is no result. Just a bluffed. They can scam my money, it’s okay. I can earn it again. But What goes around come around.
the WORST beauty clinic i ever had, consultation mean sales to them not an advice, they push sales so much no room for me when i say no, i bought voucher for 200++ when i come they push me to take 3k treatment,when i say no money they ask me to do loan cc/spaylater/atome etc this is such a bully if i do loan for mere treatment cost 3k who want to pay later your aunt pay for me ah? i pay for the treatment that i want thats it!!, and while do it i want to relax not stressing over like u going to rob me, then while doing treatment i need to wake up few times because different process different room even taking picture i need to walk for another room, usually i went for a treatment all in one room i just lay down and relax until my treatment done but this clinic is the WORST i had headache and stress after coming here, the dr also yapping too much while doing a treatment..the only nice thing is their staff..after treatment also force me to buy their product cost 400 over so crazy..such a STRESSFUL experience makes me afraid to come for a treatment ever.
Very hard push sales they’re doing until the consult person who cover receptionist too asked to check my bank balance whether can pursue the packages they’re suggesting. Only the assistant person was to me, even doctor talk fast before i lit process my brain. Not recommended at all save your money & an other clinics.
