I had a very bad experience at Idos. The staff member named Hailey was extremely rude after my hair removal session. She kept doing hard sales, trying to push me to buy another package. I declined nicely because I told her I’m allergic to the product she gave me to try, but instead of understanding, she became angry and very rude. She just left me alone without a word and made me feel very uncomfortable. Such bad attitude, especially after I’ve already paid over RM5,000+ for my hair removal package Very disappointing experience.
