Very pleasant facial. Served by Candy. Clap facial. Good point: great hospitality with welcome tea and hand towels served. Greeted with tea and a piece of chocolate cake at the end of service. For improvement: be attentive to customer, 5 mins step became 10 mins and 10 mins become 20 mins. Spent more than two hours there.

I've never experienced such terrible service at a beauty salon! Before I paid, kept promising top-notch service, but once got my money, it turned into a sloppy, cut-corner, third-rate experience. I must be really unlucky—I'll just take it as paying for a lesson.
Don’t enjoy the service by the manager, Ms.Felicia who works like robot- keep taking pictures as proof and don’t like the way how she ask questions .. while the therapist is acceptable but I had a restless session due to in-out to get her materials with the doors shutting and noises … And I am sorry- I don’t feel comfortable vibe…
