This time, the experience was very unpleasant. The numbing cream was left on for almost an hour, and after the injection, my face felt increasingly uncomfortable. I don’t understand how a customer could be forgotten in the room. The mask applied after the injection made me feel even worse — it was put on in a rushed and careless way, and I even had to adjust the edges myself. I don’t think I should have to go through this after paying for a service. Is it acceptable for my time to be wasted just because other customers are adding treatments? The first time I came for an injection, the experience was excellent. So why was the numbing cream left on for 50 minutes this time, until my face was completely numb, before the injection was even done? While I was in the room, I could hear a lot of people chatting outside. No one came in to check or observe. Does this mean that customers who spend differently are treated differently?

Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable, staff is very caring and friendly. Overall a really good experience and I usually visit a lot of clinics, this is by far one of the best experience I had.
