I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Lo for pigmentation and “dark patch” removal. He and his friendly team made the entire process comfortable and reassuring. Within just two weeks, I could see a new me staring back in the mirror. I was also impressed by Dr. Lo’s knowledge and professionalism—he answered all my questions clearly and gave helpful advice on how to prevent similar skin issues in the future. Worst visit....talk shit....nothing to say....min less than 10 word......prepare rm50 to pay for.......unexperienced doctor......
The pricing is not transparent. After examining my face, the doctor asked if I was a student. When I replied that I wasn’t and that I was working, the doctor gave no response. However, when it came time to pay, the price was shockingly high — RM850+ for a cleanser, moisturizer, and a row of medications. I’m not sure if students get different pricing, but I won’t visit again . The prices are unreasonably high.
