Me and my husband dah datang few times and we are very satisfied with the treatment. The doctor and the staffs are very friendly and explained every procedures prior doing it to our face each time. There are cheaper options for facials but we always choose klinik hana sbb besttt. Instant glowing and cerahh after 1 session. Always feel great and fresh after each session. Hai, saya dah buat 2 sesi saya dengan klinik ini. Overall staff dan doc is friendly. Cuma kecewa dengan CS yang dah book slot saya tersalah date TWICE?? Firstly di branch putrajaya on 27nov. Secondly di shah alam on 22dec. Yg weirdnya CS siap buat reminder to me on 27nov. But then when I arrived, the reception says. Takde pon slot i. then bila semak semula, CS salah key in date. thankful dorang terima slot i on that day sbb x ramai customer. Then on second treatment pon benda yg sama happens to me. Sangat kecewa dengan CS. Sila alert date betul2. Dahla dtg jauh sbb nk pegi treatment ni. nasib baik recept tu terima slot I. sebab asal nya dia suruh datang tomorrow lol. nasib lepas dah budi bicara they accept my appointment even after dah 4pm. okay tu jela. so far i dah buat whitening laser. but so far tak nampak perubahan even cerah one tone pon tak. so that all la. nasib baik grab masa promo. tq
The place was so lousy. literally a clinic but the one yg cantik2 they always advertised must be from other branches. The treatment was done next to the receptionist counter without a room. They just pull the curtain and get the facial done. It was so loud you can hear everything happening in the clinic and the staffs chattering. My face is not getting any glow or improvement after the session. Downstairs has a better facial place and that place looks better.
Doctor dan staff sangat bagus, penerangan procedure dan result setiap treatment sangat detail. Sangat berpuas hati. Result dari treatment yang dilakukan sangat berkesan untuk saya. Anda bila lagi. Marilah datang ke klinik hana shah alam 🥰
