Terrible experience 😡 I was in so much pain during the injection and the staff literally walked in and out of my room just to gossip and laugh while I was suffering. So unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, they just kept pushing treatments I didn’t even need. Feels like they only care about squeezing money out of customers, not giving real solutions. Worst attitude and service I’ve seen compared to other clinics.
Dr Chew is a very patient and enthusiastic doctor. She doesn't constantly try to sell you services but will only give you some suggestions to improve your outlook. And all the nurses are also very friendly.
