This was my first time here, and was disappointed with the way the beautician did during exfoliation. I don't have acne-prone skin, but during the exfoliation, it was so painful that even though I could tolerate pain, it was still very uncomfortable for me. My skin ended up with scars after the treatment, and it looks worse than before I visited. :( Updated: Thanks to the team for reaching out to me and following up on my skin condition after my review. They patiently provided me with treatment to help with my scars, and my skin look much better now! 👍
