What a pleasant facial experience with Medic Deno! Carol is a very patient consultant who took time to explain my skin condition and assured me that all services are based on my willingness. (No hard selling XD) Yunna is the one who did my facial with very soft hand, and her massage skills is one of the best! The massage here is different than other chain facial centres, they really take time to do it instead of rushing it. Overall, I highly recommend Medic Deno as your next facial place!

Carol and her team was so kind and thoughtful walking through my first facial treatment. I definitely enjoyed my treatment here and was satisfied with how my skin turned out. Would recommend for any first timer that would like to get facial treatment

the massage technique is very comfortable N the beautician kaixin is very chatty and professional，Then they squeezed the pimples very well and I didn't feel any discomfort or pain during the process. I'm so happy my face is so much smoother and prettier! N they're so nice so I got the kit with them right away…😆😆😆

第一次来就感受到他们服务的专业和用心，环境整洁舒适、布置也很有格调，整体氛围特别放松，按脸的手法很到位，做完之后感觉皮肤亮了很多，也变的水润了，状态明显好很多，完全没有因为我是新客就敷衍，反而让我很有信任感，当场就签了配套，整体来说无论服务、环境还是效果都特别满意！

I experienced facial with a trial purchase. Overall it's 3/10. They barely extracted anything from my face, mostly talking about how bad my skin is and what I need to do to make it better, obviously followed up with the products and packages. But the massage and mask felt alright so that's a bonus. In my opinion, if they wish to get customers, probably should do their best even when it's a trial package. If stated that the trial package includes this and that, why do the bare minimum? I went in to the shop and came out feeling nothing refreshed other than just a little moisturised. Even the obviously half out black and white heads weren't extracted. This is the reason why I didn't sign the package. I wouldn't come back, the shop had a chance to do their best in their trial session that they advertised as worth it as possible during purchase, but outcome is barely achieved. I wanted a cheaper trial but they promised that the more expensive trial is worth it. Unfortunately, I did feel like I wasted my money..... Next time, do more actions, talk lesser, maybe customer will buy the service.
