Not great and any visible difference, admin is poorly managed ! Please do not consider this place
I was not a walk-in patient. I had made an appointment in advance and specifically requested to see Dr. Nazirin. I arrived on time for my 3:45pm appointment, but by 4:45pm, I was still not seen. Only then did the staff inform me that the doctor would be delayed for another 20 minutes and even suggested I see another doctor instead. If I wanted another doctor, I wouldn’t have requested Dr. Nazirin in the first place. I traveled all the way from Seremban just for this appointment. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially for a private specialist clinic. To make it worse, the clinic states that patients will be charged extra if consultation time exceeds 20 minutes so the doctor’s time deserves respect, but patients’ time does not? I was not a walk-in patient, and this was not a government clinic. There are many other options at this price range, and yet this was how a first-time patient was treated. The clinic failed to inform me in advance about the doctor’s delay. If there wasn’t enough time, they shouldn’t have accepted so many appointments or at least notified me beforehand. The overall management was extremely poor, and I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. Professionalism and basic respect for patients’ time were completely lacking.
I came here hoping for professional medical advice, but unfortunately I received a wrong diagnosis which delayed my treatment. I later had to visit another doctor who gave me the right medication. I would not recommend this place if you’re expecting careful and accurate care.
I had an appointment on July 25th and arrived on time, but I ended up waiting for over an hour without any clear update from the staff. Patients book appointments to save time — if the clinic cannot manage their schedule, they should at least inform patients honestly. Very disappointed with the lack of respect for people’s time.
Been here for 4 years, Dr Christine, Depa and Aisyah were very professional. The admin ladies are also friendly. Unfortunately I was never treated by Dr Nazirin directly but she hired good staff. I came for melasma and hyperpigmentation treatment and it has been a long battle some won and some lost since I keep doing many outdoor activities so i have been unable to totally clear up my face, there will be improvements with the treatments but with all my outdoor exposure with multiple sunscreen applications and oral sunscreen, at best it has put my problem at bay but not totally cleared it. I guess for now i will still be working with the clinic.
