Been a customer for over a year previously and across the time I was at the clinic, I have seen numerous staff and doctor changes. Every single time I went in, there have new faces and someone who doesnt have seem to know your condition. Also the staff is very salesy, and always try to promote and asked you to do more treatment. The reason why I chose this clinic is the ease of parking because they have 2 dedicated parking for their customers. But in recent days, the parkings are always full, taken up by their own staff and doctor and customers are expected to find their own parking which is quite impossible in the SS15 area. No complains about their treatment so far but it just doesn't give me a very comfortable vibes with their ever changing doctors and parking inconvenience.
