had my Pico laser + PRP treatment here. Firstly I was told that the Pico laser was only available at the Cheras branch, despite the clinic having over five branches across Klang Valley, including one just 15 minutes from my location. I had to drive more than 1hr 15 mins to get here. Services should be easy and convenient for customers, not a hassle. Especially since I am paying. 1 Star for Customer Service ⭐ The beautician with a short ponytail and bangs (I think her name was Fen Fen) was very respectful and polite. Dr Meera performed my treatment, she was highly knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns, and explained every procedure in great detail. She also suggested suitable treatments for my skin concerns without pushing unnecessary procedures just for business. The beautician kept me informed and updated on each step and its duration. 5 Stars for the Clinic Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Now for the unpleasant experience. The manager with short hair and underbite teeth/jaw (didn’t get her name) barged in while I was in the treatment room with the numbing cream on. Beauty treatments are typically a 'me time/zen moment' for working ladies like me, yet she started aggressively promoting an unrelated treatment. I visited for acne scar concerns, yet she pushed a skin brightening drip, repeatedly insisting that it would improve my shade/skin tone. She saw me scratching my forehead due to the numbing cream and claimed it was because I lacked collagen (I work in healthcare). She continued pressuring me to buy IV drips, and I had to repeatedly and politely decline, as it wasn’t my concern at all. I didn’t even bother questioning whether the IV drips were KKM approved, that was secondary. 1 Star for the Overall Experience ⭐ I genuinely wanted to relax and get a good treatment for my concerns, but my experience was cut short by sales tactics and baseless medical claims. I don’t understand why businesses fail to prioritize customer satisfaction and results, focusing instead on hard selling. In the long run, customer satisfaction builds a good reputation and value, not just sales. Also from my observation, this place receives many tourists from mainland China, and it’s safe to say that’s where their focus lies.
Had skin booster shots and pico laser treatment recently. The staff were really caring, professional and gentle with my skin. The doctor was very professional to explain my skin condition in science and suggested solutions. She answered my concerns and questions, as it was my first time having injections and laser. Fen Fen was really good and gentle when she did my facial, I almost didn’t feel any pain when removing acnes. She also really helped to reduce any pain during booster shots. Thanks for taking care of my skins and advising how to love my skins again!
