Dr Adrian is clear with his explanations and offers options to solve/manage my issues. He recommends solutions but does not impose, so the experience feels more collaborative and less one-sided. He is knowledgable, logical, understanding, polite, and efficient. I don't feel rushed out of the office even if consultations are quick. I also appreciate this when it is my turn to wait. As for the reception/clinic, appointments are easy to make via Whatsapp. They also help to forward follow-up questions to the doctor and reply promptly. Wait time is usually an issue at dermatology clinics, but I feel like this one manages it relatively well. Consultation and treatments are not cheap as this is a specialist clinic but for reasons above, is worth visiting for hard-to-manage skin issues.
First visit says confirmed is bed bug. Subsequent visit says is eczema. When ask why need to withdraw blood (blood cost rm 350 each time * taken a few times thats why curious and ask). Dr replied: I'm a doctor! Started patient on MTX without informing side effect. Kidney creatinine baseline 80 now become 105, no explanation given to patient.
I have been having psoriasis for about 40 years and during that time have been treated by several specialists, both in Government hospitals and the private sector, undergoing various types of treatment. For the last 3 years or so I have been with Dr Adrian and amongst all those several specialists I am most satisfied with Dr Adrian. I have been free of flare-ups the last few years because of him and am enjoying a better quality of life. He is very courteous , friendly and takes time to explain matters and to answer queries. I think of him more as a friend that is taking care of me. Thank you very much Dr. Adrian.
Dr Adrian is very professional in his work & each time I have skin related problems I will seek his advice and treatment and each time he does a good job...I still remember years ago my face was flares up with so much acne after some failed laser works from beauty salon...it's Dr Adrian that fixed my face and his treatment is good...
The counter service is superb bad! Making my wife to wait for collecting medicine for an hour after consulted doctor only for half hour.
