Had a really good experience! Ain was super friendly and explained the facial packages really well – she made it easy to understand what would work best for me. Besides, Ida who helped me on my facial was very gentle, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I also want to commend Dr. Derrick for his excellent skill and precision. The blood draw was almost painless, and the injectable treatment on my face was done with great care and expertise.

I’ve been here before and did not appreciate the doctor’s attitude. I previously received a cortisone shot that left a dent on my face. While I understand this can be a normal side effect, I felt uncomfortable when the doctor tried to dismiss and gaslight me by saying the dent was due to my natural face structure. On top of that, they nearly charged me twice for the same medication. If i did not check the receipt i would’ve paid the x2 amount. Errors like this are unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where accuracy and trust are critical.
Dr Derrick, the consultant and the assistants (Seslyn and Whitney) here are super friendly and helpful. During my pico laser and exovive, they constantly checked on me to calm me down during the process. After 3 treatments together, my skin has improved very much! I’m very happy with my skin condition now ☺️
Great clinic, been a patronage for almost 4 years. I first started with laser hair removal for 2 years, the results were astonishing where the hair grown on my upper lips were completely removed. Though, some maintenance will be needed for the chin area, but the results were greater than you would expect from the clinic. Now, I'm currently during facial treatment, mostly blackhead removal with concern on my nose area. After this, I may continue with other facial treatment as well, looking forward to it. The staffs, doctors and assistants here are very professional, great hands-on skills and shown concerned towards their customers.
