I went there for Pico laser treatment (promo 388) unfortunately upon skin assessment (not with machines but just by looking) Dr suggested I should go for Sylfirm Tx worth Rm899 (trial only) because my skin is sensitive. I was not told that I need to pay for consultation if I didn’t sign up their package. I went for a Pico Laser treatment and it’s not that I choose not to sign up but Dr recommended something else which is not within my budget. So when I told this to the receptionist the asked me to speak to the manager who refused to come out n speak to me the same person who fixed appointment for me and her reply was IM NOT COMFORTABLE TO COME OUT AND TALK TO YOU !!! I was like omg just because I decided not to sign up you all can be so rude and arrogant !!!! And they forced me to pay Rm50 for the consultation which was not mentioned earlier. I refused to pay and they made me wait so long and then the manager even said u can wait outside of the shop my customer care team will call you !!! Woahhhhh worst experience ever !!! You treat customers like this 😤😤They finally waved me off and I left disappointed !! Luckily I didn’t sign up for their packages !!! All they want is ur money not the service they provide you !! Be careful with this outlet !!

I first visited Dr Kyo Clinic Puchong branch back in December 2024 after a very bad experience with another beauty salon. My skin was badly damaged from unsafe facial procedures, and I only then realised the risks of trusting non-certified beauticians. During my first consultation with Dr Stephen, he gave me a very clear and detailed explanation of my skin condition. That gave me the confidence to start my treatment journey with Dr Kyo. Along the way, I’ve been truly supported by the amazing team here, especially Ms Ivy and Bella. In particular, Ms Ivy has been incredibly attentive in guiding me through after-treatment care. She always checks in and provides support whenever I need it, which really made the whole journey reassuring and comfortable. Thanks to their expertise and care, my skin improved significantly within just 3 months. Now, I will only recommend Dr Kyo Clinic to my friends and family. It’s so important to entrust our skin to qualified and certified doctors and I’m truly grateful to Dr Stephen, Ms Ivy, Bella, and the entire team at Dr Kyo Clinic Puchong. Thank you for restoring not just my skin, but also my confidence!

My experience with Dr Kyo's Clinic more then 10 years was great !! I went to Chloe for my facial and it was awesome she was gentle on the skin and yet knowledgeable and gave me good advice and tips how to improve my skin . Dr Stephen with his expertise make me comfortable and have more confidence on myself . They have great customer service. They work hard, know what they are doing and truly care for their customers . My skin has undergone a remarkable transformation. Greatful for their service 🙏👍🏻🥰

I am writing this review because I don’t want others to experience the same disappointment I faced today. I visited Dr Kyo clinic for the advertised Pico Laser promotion of RM288 for two sessions. However, I was instead offered a choice of facial treatments. I ended up opting for a very basic facial with a 10-minute lymphatic face massage, which your staff claimed was a promotional price of RM288 for one session only. How can such a basic facial, combined with a short lymphatic massage, cost RM288 per session? This is especially frustrating since I initially came for the Pico Laser treatment. While your staff insisted this was a promotional price, I strongly feel it was not worth it. I can easily find similar facial treatments at other aesthetic clinics closer to my home, with better parking and at a significantly lower price. I sincerely hope the RM288 Pico Laser promotion is not just a marketing tactic to attract customers and then upsell more expensive treatments. This experience has left me feeling scammed, and I want to make others aware of it before considering a visit.
