I was recommended to this place by a friend, and I'm really glad I decided to give it a try. The location is easy to find, with plenty of indoor parking available. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere upon arrival. The facility is clean, and the staff is very professional. My beauty therapist, Fanny, was gentle and kind during my facial. She explained each step of the process and what to expect next, which I really appreciated. I noticed the glow and how clean my face was after the treatment. I also had the opportunity to consult with Dr. Tan about a rash I was experiencing. He was very nice and didn't pressure me into any hard selling. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here, and I decided to sign up for a package so I can return for more sessions because I like the service.

Came across Dr Carmen clinic after surveying a few aesthetics clinics due to sudden hormonal breakouts. I had to said this clinic is one of the few that doesn't turn you off by trying to upsell and hardsell the packages. Dr Tan and the nurse are sincere and when they give suggestions during consultation, plus they follow up by helping to check the ingredients of the skincare you're using. Most importantly they didnt try to create fears or make you feel worse with your acne problems. So, to those that are looking for solid advices regarding acne problems can give them a try.
