I reached out to Enhanze Lumi Clinic with genuine interest in their services, but my experience with the staff — specifically someone named Anna — was disappointing. Her tone was dismissive, curt, and lacking the basic courtesy expected in customer service. Instead of offering helpful, respectful responses, she came across as defensive and condescending, even when I asked simple, valid questions. In a clinic where trust, professionalism, and comfort matter, the attitude of the first point of contact speaks volumes. Regardless of how good the technology or doctors might be, poor communication like this pushes clients away. This interaction was enough for me to reconsider and take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this seriously.
