Appt pertama i datang dan beautician tu bagi consult 3 minit pertama dia explain pasal tak ada kaitan dengan treatment i nak buat which i pay rm48 which is promo for pico laser . The way she talked and explained & check my skin for me tak nampak proffessional & dan dia offer tambah package RM200+ i cant remember exactly amount . Then i said i just want to do rm48 promo thats it and she said the promo its only for rejunevate . I get confused here . Then the beautician advice me to topup another Rm100 for stemcell cz my skin is dry then i agreed to pay but i didnt do the treatment at my first appt because she said the treatment need 1 hour to do . Masa tu dah 5.30pm dia tutup 6pm . Then i cakap boleh ke dia kata boleh tapi i tak yakin dan tak suka dia rush so i buat second appt . Masa second appt tu i buat treatment service mmg out . Buat dalam keadaan rushing . I feel uncomfortable during my treatment . Last after the treatment i ask my receipt that i paid total RM148 but she give me receipt total Rm100 . I dont like the service , will not repeat .
i got scammed on rm48 promo. the beautician said rm48 for pico laser. but after i done my facial, they said the pico laser machine was broken, so i need to take another treatment package. waste money and time
Analysis wise is okay...consultant explain what our skin need..but service is poor...the staff doing some cleansing and mask..not even do it nicely like so hurry..I don't know why...but overall not satisfied...first impression must feel to go back to continue....it's not.thank you
During consultation, asked if her can do PICO treatment to the neck along with face, then the consultor said sure free of charge, later the other staff didn't do it. The treatment should has end half an hour but end up almost 2 hour, therefore there are many staff there..Such a waste of time and money..
Can skip if you are given promo / trial Its a scam. Waste time and money.
