My first visit to Kaiteki was a really pleasant experience. Jolene was warm, welcoming and you could tell she genuinely cared. Doctor Lucas was calm and clear in his explanations, patiently answering all my questions. Shane treated me to a relaxing rose mask and K Bright ampoule. She was gentle, attentive and efficient throughout. I left feeling well cared for and looking forward to my next visit.
