何日も前から予約していたのにここに来たら場所が違うと言われ、grabで10分離れた場所を教えられました。 その場所もすごくわかりづらくて、行くだけで疲れ果てました… これから行く人は住所をしっかり確認することをおすすめします。 施術したらそれについては追記します。 追記です。 ドクターが遅れるからと コンサルの前に麻酔クリームを塗りました。 色んなクリニック行ったけど、初めての経験でした。 待つ事一時間、、やっと女医さんが来ました。 話してみると良かったので、 施術をお願いすることにしました。 おすすめしてくれるチョイスも良かったし、 丁寧に施術してくれました！！！ 施術自体には⭐︎5をつけたいけど、、 他のマイナスを差し引いて最終的に⭐︎3にします。

Regretted and disappointed to inform you that we have visited your clinic on 17-10-2024 at 1.20pm located at Block B, Ground Floor, No. 7, Megan Avenue 1, Jalan Tun Razak, 50450, Kuala Lumpur and wanted to have consultation and thereafter to get proper treatment upon advice. I was told by your Sabahan staff that your Dermatologist is not free at that time and she will contact me after an hour because my office is situated in the same building. However, after approximately 2 hours I came down to your clinic to find out what happened and why no one contacted me and I was informed by Sabahan staff that your Dermatologist is out for an emergency. My concern was why no one called me ? Good service, ethical communication in business is a fundamental value for a fresh new customer. Don't you think so?
