I’m truly impressed by her skills and knowledge, she never hard-sells treatments, but instead takes the time to understand my skin condition and recommends what’s genuinely needed, always considering my budget. Every session with her is pleasant and comfortable. One of the most helpful recommendations she gave me was Profhilo for my dehydrated skin, and I could see visible improvements after just a few sessions. I also want to thank Dr. Thomas, who has been very patient in answering all my questions and always gentle during the injections. There are many aesthetic clinics out there offering similar services, but what keeps me loyal to the Puchong branch is the professionalism and sincerity of the team here, especially Belle. Highly recommend visiting her if you’re coming to this branch. She’s genuine, caring, and makes you feel completely at ease.
Second time to MyClinic, but chose the Puchong outlet as it is nearer to me. The staff Shea and consultant was very helpful in advicing me which treatment is suitable for my skin condition. I was so so so comfortable discussing with them, no hard upselling which is bonus points as most beautician would always recommend too much treatments. The experience was also super calming and soothing, i enjoyed my session very well. 10/10 ⭐️
