I had 3 back to back sessions of RF microneedling, Pico laser and salmon DNA in march this year. I disclosed my treatment history including under eye fillers from 2017 that were still perfectly intact. During consultations, no one warned me about the risks and interactions of filler migration at all during any point. I gave the treatments a very fair timeline to review final results (3 months) and by July 2025, there was very visible filler migration under my eyes (mid tear trough dips and shadows under cheek) this has aged my appearance dramatically. I reached out on July 4; the clinic replied on July 10 with a generic response and later offered only to “review photos and give advice,” despite me being unable to return to Malaysia. There’s a major lack of informed risk discussion from the doctor herself and staff and no clear corrective plan. I have been doing aesthetic treatments for several years with no interruption of my under eye fillers. I selected this clinic because it was said to be one of the best in KL, but, unlike other providers who always outlined risks around my long standing under eye filler, this experience has broken my trust and left me facing significant additional costs to fix this issue. I feel that the doctor and her staff had a sales driven approach rather than prioritising a customer centred approach.
