Misleading, Unprofessional, and Unsafe This center lacks transparency, professionalism, and proper medical expertise. I strongly advise others to be cautious before signing any forms or packages. 1. The center did not tell me the number of shots when I enquired to know more info about the lip Pico trial (500 shots) via online chat. 2. There were no doctors present, only nurses / uncertified staff. I bet they reused the same facial sponge on all their customers for lip + face cleansing. This raises serious doubts about safety and credibility. 3. Consultation was useless as no doctors were present (only uncertified staff), who didn’t address my concerns but instead gave a wrong consultation for only following the system record of my appointment. 4. The personal information form doubles as a “consent to pay” form, and customers may not realize they’re agreeing to the RM50 fee just by signing.

Not bad experience and friendly.Waited like almost 25 minutes after booking time. The consultant did not advice what to do next after the co2 laser treatment. She just said to me goodluck with my own treatment and let me leave the room.
