Experienced the Crystal Touch treatment today. The clinic environment is aesthetic and clean. Staffs are friendly and professional with explanation of the procedure during the treatment to assure that client understands.
The treatment that I had was the Crystal Touch. The procedures were done with care in stages by AKI, the beauty therapist. She's well equipped with proper aesthetic knowledge & patience with my curious questions. Thus I'm more confident with the treatment given. I was given a deep hydrating treatment using their latest gadgets & a high-tech LED Light face chamber. This LED light exposure suppose to even out my skin tone, rejuvenate, soothe/reduce blemishes & improves skin elasticity. After the facial treatment, skin looks glowing with intense hydration with clarity. Let's hope this result will be lasting & helped my facial skin radiates better. The beauty room is spacious & cozy. With the friendly & informative consultation from the doctor, it is certainly an added value to the clients. Tqvm to the amazing team ✨
I had a thread lift treatment with **Dr. Chin** at Aessence Clinic Ara Damansara on **11 July 2025**, costing **RM6,800**, and I would like to share my honest experience. Within three months after the procedure, I continued to experience pain, facial swelling, bruising, and even exposed threads that later required a repair by **Dr. Chin**, who provided creams and antibiotics. Despite several follow-ups, there was **no significant improvement** in lifting or tightening around the eyes, eyebrows, or nasolabial folds, which was not as expected based on the initial consultation. The explanations given during different follow-ups were inconsistent, and I was later advised to pay extra for filler injections, which I found disappointing. The post-treatment care also felt insufficient — apart from two creams and one repair, there was no further effective follow-up provided. Overall, the results did not match the initial assurances and caused both time and financial loss. I sincerely hope the clinic and **Dr. Chin** will take this kind of feedback seriously and provide more thorough and responsible follow-up care for future patients. 我于 **2025年7月11日** 在 Aessence Clinic Ara Damansara 接受了 **Dr. Chin** 的埋线提升治疗，费用为 **RM6,800**，在此想分享我的真实体验。 治疗后三个月内，我持续感到疼痛、脸部肿胀、瘀青，甚至出现线体外露的情况，后来由 **Dr. Chin** 在复诊时进行了修复，并提供药膏及抗生素。 然而，多次复诊后，眼部、眉部与法令纹位置都**没有明显的拉提或紧致效果**，与治疗前的说明不符。 医生在不同阶段的解释前后不一，最后仅建议我再额外付费打填充物（filler），让我感到失望。术后照护也较不足，除了两种药膏及一次修复外，没有其他有效的后续处理。 整体而言，这次治疗结果与当初的保证不符，既花费时间又造成经济损失。我真心希望诊所与医生能重视这类反馈，提供更完善、负责任的后续服务。
