“Spent Rm4+++ for a combo laser treatment. Overall, it was just okay. I wouldn’t say my pigmentation disappeared — it didn’t. And I wouldn’t say my wrinkles are gone either — not much improvement. The cost was quite high for 6 sessions, but the outcome was disappointing. Thankfully, the doctor and staff were very kind and professional, and I truly appreciate that. I had two sessions in Kluang, but I was quite disappointed as there was no visible difference. Later, I switched to the Puchong branch. Only there did the doctor clearly explain what the treatment was actually for, and that’s when I realized that the treatment I received wasn’t suitable for my concerns. I felt really regretful because what I needed was not what I got. It turns out it was the wrong treatment from the start. Back in Kluang, I wasn’t properly informed about which treatment would be more suitable for wrinkles and eyebags. But since I had already made full payment, I had no choice but to complete the sessions.
